Ellen DeCicco, Co-President of The DeCicco Group, began her career in real estate in 2003; she received the “Rising Star Award” during her first year in the business. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, she owned and operated her own commercial insurance company for over 20 years, specializing in serving municipalities and non-profits. Enjoying the challenge of such a highly competitive industry yet needing a change, Ms. DeCicco found real estate a natural choice for her next venture.
